Nails Factory emerged in 2005 as a personal initiative by Yolanda Beltrán, who, during her travels abroad, observed the limited availability of professional nail care services in Spain. Her reflections prompted a question: "If there are manicure and pedicure centers in Milan and Paris, why shouldn't there be any in Spain?"

By 2008, the brand began its expansion, and by the end of 2016, Nails Factory had established over 110 locations throughout Spain.
